Find out for yourself by digging into one of our traditional wood-fired pizzas, made with sustainable Italian flour and cooked to perfection in our Roman-style pizza oven. We use fresh pasta, made in-house with real eggs, just like Nonna taught me. Choose from authentic Italian dishes like our slow-roasted Roman Porchetta with crispy crackling and mushroom sauce or our famous homemade tiramisu. Deliziosa!

At Italian Street Kitchen, we take our pizza and pasta seriously. That’s why I’ve sourced stone-ground, sustainable flour from COD-approved farmers in Northern Italy – a special region protected by the Italian government.

After we make our pizza dough, it’s left to ferment for 48 hours so it can develop the best flavour and just the right amount of bite. It’s then stretched to perfection, topped with premium ingredients and cooked in our Roman-style pizza oven.

From the traditional Margherita to Buffalo Margherita, Primavera and Capricciosa, you’ll find a range of Italian classics on our pizza menu, as well as some modern Australian favourites.

And when it comes to our pasta, we make it fresh in-house every day and finish each dish with sauces and recipes passed down through the generations.
