Public Holiday Surcharge & Other Surcharges
All reservations of 12 or more adults are subject to a 5% service charge.
All bottomless brunch/lunch menu reservations are subject to a 5% service charge.
On public holidays, a 15% service charge applies instead, for all reservation types.

Gift Card Terms
Gift Card Purchases
- The original Italian Street Kitchen restaurant gift card sent to the recipient must be presented on redemption.
- Copies or vouchers that have expired will not be accepted.
- Cards can only be sent within Australia.
- All Italian Street Kitchen gift card expires 3 years from purchase date and any balance remaining in the card on expiry will no longer be available.
- Italian Street Kitchen Gift Cards are not refundable for cash and no change will be given.
- This card is like cash, if lost or stolen it cannot be replaced.
- Italian Street Kitchen collects personal information to assist with the processing of delivery of services. This information may be used to communicate special events or changes in services that may be of interest to you.

1. Promoter
This competition is conducted by Italian Street Kitchen.
2. Competition Period
The competition opens at 12:00 AM AEST on Wednesday, 19 August 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on Wednesday, 16 September 2026.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who reside in Sydney, Adelaide, Perth or Brisbane, and/or who are able to collect the prize from their nearest participating Italian Street Kitchen restaurant. Employees of Italian Street Kitchen and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Like the competition post.
- Follow our page.
- Tag two (2) family/friends/etc in the comments.
- Comment your most memorable olive oil moment.
Entries must comply with all of the above requirements to be considered valid.
5. Prize
There is one (1) winner who will receive:
- a. One (1) 20L barrel of Rystone Olive Press 2025 Limited Edition Barnea Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, redeemable for cash, or substitutable.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the competition closes. The winner will be notified via direct message and announced in the comments on the original competition post within seven (7) days of the competition closing.
7. Prize Collection
The winner must collect their prize from their nearest participating Italian Street Kitchen restaurant. Participating locations are:
- a. Bella Vista, NSW
- b. Parramatta, NSW
- c. Penrith, NSW
- d. Adelaide CBD, SA
- e. Newstead, QLD
- f. West End, QLD
- g. Raine Square, WA
The prize will not be delivered or shipped. The winner is responsible for arranging collection from their nominated restaurant.
If collection is organised by a family member or other, the winner must provide in writing their full details, consent and valid identification copy, which will be asked for and must be presented on collection.
8. Prize Claim
If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of being contacted, or fails to arrange collection within a reasonable timeframe, Italian Street Kitchen reserves the right to redraw the prize and select a new winner.
9. General
Italian Street Kitchen reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.
10. Social Media Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. By participating, entrants release Instagram and Facebook from any responsibility associated with this promotion.

- Available between 5 – 6pm only

Italian Street Kitchen Passport
Promoter
The promoter is Italian Street Kitchen Australia (“Italian Street Kitchen” or “the Promoter”).
Promotion Period
The ISK Passport promotion is valid from 1 September 2026 to 30 November 2026, and from 2 January 2027 to 31 March 2027 (“Promotion Period”). The Passport may only be redeemed during these periods.
Eligibility
The promotion is available to customers who receive a valid physical ISK Passport from a participating Italian Street Kitchen restaurant during the Father’s Day activation handout window from 31 August to 6 September 2026.
Passports are provided after the guest has dined for the first time, at the point of presenting their bill, and are intended to be used on eligible return visits.
How the Passport Works
The ISK Passport provides the holder with three (3) offers, referred to as “Destinations”, which are designed to be redeemed across three separate eligible return visits.
A valid physical ISK Passport must be presented to restaurant staff at the time of redemption.
Each Destination may only be redeemed once. Once an offer has been redeemed, an Italian Street Kitchen team member will apply the applicable certified sticker and initial the relevant Destination on the Passport.
A Destination that has already been redeemed and marked cannot be redeemed again.
Passport Offers
The Passport includes the following three (3) Destinations:
Destination 1 – Return Visit 1: One (1) complimentary entrée or beverage, valued up to $19.
Destination 2 – Return Visit 2: One (1) complimentary dessert or beverage, valued up to $19.
Destination 3 – Return Visit 3: $30 dining credit towards the customer’s bill.
Redemption Conditions
Passport offers are available for dine-in only at participating Italian Street Kitchen restaurants. Passport offers are valid Monday to Thursday only during the Promotion Period.14. A minimum spend of $100 per visit is required to redeem a Destination.
A maximum of one (1) Passport offer per booking or table, per visit may be redeemed.
Passport offers are not valid with any other offer, promotion, discount or voucher.
The original physical Passport must be presented at the time of redemption.
Offer Value
Destination 1, the complimentary entrée or beverage must have a menu value of $19 or less.
Destination 2, the complimentary dessert or beverage must have a menu value of $19 or less.
Destination 3, the customer will receive a $30 dining credit to be applied towards their eligible bill.
Passport offers cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for another benefit, and any unused portion of an offer or dining credit will not be provided as cash or credit or carried over to another visit.
Availability
All Passport offers are subject to menu and product availability at the participating restaurant.
If an eligible product is unavailable, the Promoter may offer an alternative eligible product at its discretion.
Passport Validity
Passports are not redeemable for cash and the offers contained within the Passport cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse redemption of any Passport that has been altered, duplicated, reproduced, tampered with or is otherwise reasonably suspected of being invalid.
Lost, stolen or damaged Passports may not be replaced at the Promoter’s discretion.
General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of a Passport and any attempted redemption and to refuse a redemption that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
By accepting and/or redeeming an ISK Passport, customers are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the promotion and will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
